Reflections Forms

This year some things have changed to simplify the paperwork for the entries. Each entry needs to be turned in with a 1) Student Entry Form and 2) Artist Statement Form. Those are both available in pdf form! Both forms need to be completely filled out and are applicable for all entries, just make sure to fill in the info for that specific category. In other words, make sure you fill in your copyrighted information on the dance and film entries.
Click on the links to print forms for the forms for each entry:

Reflections 2015-2016

It's that time of year! Let's start working on our Reflections entries!

The Reflections Program is an wonderful creative outlet for our all Horizon students. The theme for 2015 is "Let Your Imagination Fly"!

Each student may enter one item in each of the art categories: Visual Arts, 3D Art, Literature, Music Composition, Film Production, Photography, and Dance Choreography.
That means that each student can enter up to 7 times! All artwork will be judged individually on artistic merit as well as their interpretation of the theme based on their Artist Statement (it is worth half of their score!) Let your creative juices flow and develop your mastery of different mediums and creativity. We can't wait to see all of the fantastic entries from our talented students!

Some things to remember:
Adults may not alter the student's work
Only ONE student may create the work and receive and award (This especially applies to dance and film productions)
Copyrighted material in literature, music composition, photography and visual arts will be disqualified. The use of copyrighted material in dance and film productions needs to be noted on the Artist Statement with the title, composer, and performer of any music used in the entry.
